Code of Practice and Ombudsman Services

BECS has adopted a voluntary Code of Practice to support provision of its services to its members and others with whom it deals.

The Code of Practice includes information about complaints procedures. These include provision for appeals to be referred to Ombudsman Services in certain circumstances. More information about Ombudsman Services and the relevant services it provides can be found here.
