1.2 These terms and conditions ("the Terms") govern the use of the Website.
The Website may contain information collected from the content of various providers.

to the conditions in the Terms as set out below. By using the Website in any way,
you agree to be bound by the Terms. on this Website including without limitation
all text, graphics, images and sounds are protected by copyright or other applicable
intellectual property law. The copyright owner of such materials is BECS and its
suppliers and licensors, as the case may be.

by law. Our Trade Names must not be used in association with the products or services
of a third party or in a manner which could, either directly or indirectly, discredit
us, this Website or a third party. All other trade marks and trade names remain
the intellectual property of their respective owners whose rights are similarly
asserted and BECS grants you no licence to use or amend any of them in any way.

nor access or attempt to access any private communication, document, data or other
material without BECS' express prior written consent.

DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFIT OR LOSS OF DATA)
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY
MATERIAL ON THE WEBSITE OR ANY MATERIALS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM THE WEBSITE,
WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT AND WHETHER NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BECS

2.7 Nothing in the Terms shall exclude or limit the liability of BECS for death
or personal injury caused by the negligence of BECS. Further, any statutory rights
you may have as a consumer are unaffected by the Terms.
3. general
3.1 You agree that the Terms and any dispute arising in any way in relation to the
Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
3.2 Save where prohibited by law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Courts of England.
3.3 In the event that any provision in the Terms is determined to be unenforceable
or invalid, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions which shall
be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.4 Subject only to clause 3.6 below the Terms represent the entire agreement between
you and BECS relating to the use of this Website and supersedes any prior understanding
or agreement regarding the Website. However, if you are, or apply to be a member
of BECS, you will also be bound by BECS' membership terms and regulations as communicated
to you by BECS from time to time.
3.5 We reserve the right to alter the Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any
modification will take effect immediately, either by the modified agreement being
displayed, or by notification to you. You agree to check the Terms regularly for
modifications and additions.
3.6 Certain offers or services available on the Website may have additional terms
and conditions as published on the Website. A material breach of such terms and
conditions by you will amount to a material breach of the Terms.
3.7 The provisions of the Terms on intellectual property, liability and jurisdiction
shall remain in force if the Terms expires or is terminated.
3.8 No failure or delay by us in exercising any of our rights under the Terms shall
be deemed to be a waiver of that right and no waiver by us of any breach by you
shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other
provision.
3.9 The parties do not intend any third party to have the right to enforce any provision
of the Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
